PTO Policy Update - Roll Over

To:  All Employees

Historically, Paid Time Off (PTO) has been earned or accrued based on an employee’s date of hire, but was lost if it was not used by the date of hire anniversary.  While BJISG promotes taking your allotted time off to maintain a healthy work/life balance, we realize the demands of our industry do not always allow for this.  Effective immediately, employees may now choose to roll over up to 40 hours from one year to the next.  If you have not used all of your allotted PTO by your anniversary date, please notify your Supervisor to initiate this process.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact Wendi Martinez at extension 1081.  Thank you.
